Paradox Pokémon - Red Parasite

I wanted to try and do what Pokémon Scarlet did with Magneton by giving what you'd assume would be a purely modern day Pokémon (can only possess electrical objects and all that) a primitive form. This time it's a past paradox form of Rotom, based on the idea of controlling living things and corpses rather than inanimate electrical objects.
